This policy explains how Pinelands Canning Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information, in compliance with the “DPDPA” as well as the “ITA”. 

• We collect your personal data (“Personal Data”) as required to provide our services, process your orders, support account creation, and facilitate communications.
• Personal Data includes but is not limited to: name, address, contact information, payment data, business details, and any data you share while using the Store.

• Personal Data is collected and processed only for specified, explicit, lawful purposes—primarily to provide services, process transactions, fulfil legal obligations, resolve queries, and undertake customer support or marketing (with consent).

• We use industry-standard security, encryption, and access controls. Despite safeguards, no system is fully invulnerable; users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

• Personal Data is shared only with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, shipping companies) strictly as required for service delivery.
• When data is transferred internationally, it is done in compliance with DPDP Act safeguards, only to jurisdictions approved for data protection.

• Personal Data will be retained only as long as necessary for completing transactions, providing services, or complying with law. Data may be anonymized or deleted once the lawful purpose is fulfilled.

• Updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified via our website. Substantive changes will be posted before enforcement; continued use implies acceptance unless account closure is requested.
